Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and gkbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all activities on the gkbet website and mobile browser platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino play, slot gaming, crash game participation and claiming promotions.

By accessing gkbet, creating an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the gkbet platform. These T&C apply to all players across Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur and Mymensingh.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the gkbet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gkbet enforces a strict 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age.
• You must register only one account on gkbet. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update your account details promptly whenever those details change.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a gkbet employee. Persons with insider knowledge of the platform are ineligible to participate as players.
• You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order from gkbet or any exclusion list that covers gkbet's services. If you have previously self-excluded from gkbet, you must not attempt to re-register without first contacting support to have the exclusion formally reviewed.

Account Registration and Verification

To access gkbet's full range of services you must complete the registration process and, where requested, submit identity and payment verification documents as part of our KYC process. gkbet reserves the right to request verification at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• gkbet may require players to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g. National ID Card, Passport) and proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account registered to the same mobile number as the gkbet account.
• Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials strictly confidential. gkbet will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS or phone call. Any account access using valid credentials is the account holder's responsibility.
• Accounts that have been inactive — no login, no wager, no deposit — for a continuous 12-month period may be classified as dormant. gkbet will notify the account holder via their registered mobile number before any action is taken on a dormant account.
• gkbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, or any threat to the security or integrity of the platform.

Where gkbet closes an account due to a verified breach of these T&C, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Where closure results from an unverified eligibility issue, gkbet will communicate the reasons via the player's registered mobile number.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on gkbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gkbet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer through participating banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. No currency conversion is required.

gkbet is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party financial service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket or any bank. If a deposit is not credited within the expected time frame, contact gkbet support with proof of the transaction and we will investigate promptly.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

gkbet offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cricket event specials tied to tournaments such as BPL and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• gkbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend or expire any bonus at any time. Where changes are made to an active bonus, affected players will be notified via their registered mobile number where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Free spin winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as the main bonus unless stated otherwise.
• gkbet may require players to forfeit bonus balances if evidence of bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, placing simultaneous opposing wagers, or exploiting pricing errors — is identified on the account.

Players who have claimed a welcome bonus must meet the stated wagering requirement before submitting a withdrawal request. Requesting a withdrawal before rollover conditions are met will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided; the original deposit amount remains withdrawable.

Fair Use Policy and Prohibited Conduct

gkbet is committed to maintaining a fair, safe and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any AI tool to place wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players, including coordinating wagers, sharing account access, or cooperating to exploit promotional offers or game mechanics in a manner not intended by the platform.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution in respect of legitimate gkbet transactions. Fraudulent chargeback attempts may be reported to the relevant payment service provider and referred to law enforcement.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, system glitches or unintended vulnerabilities in the platform's games or payment systems for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or unlawful sources. gkbet fully cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities regarding suspected money laundering or financial crime.

gkbet monitors platform activity continuously for patterns that indicate prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, gkbet reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and associated winnings, suspend the account pending investigation, and permanently ban the player if the breach is confirmed.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

gkbet recognises that gambling, while an entertainment activity for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. gkbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour. By using gkbet, you acknowledge the following:

• Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
• Players can request a temporary time-out (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from gkbet at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.
• Players may request deposit limits on their account, restricting the amount that can be deposited per day, per week or per month. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, gkbet urges you to seek help. Contact gkbet support at any time for guidance on self-exclusion, deposit limits or referral to professional support resources. Gambling should remain a fun and controlled activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gkbet's liability to any player in connection with use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of the player's actual cash deposits held in their gkbet account at the time the liability arises. gkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the gkbet platform.

gkbet does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime or third-party outages may temporarily affect access. Where a wager is accepted during a period of platform error that materially affects the odds or outcome, gkbet reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the player's account.

Amendments to These Terms

gkbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines or eligibility rules — gkbet will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered mobile number of active players before the amended terms take effect.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always the version displayed on this page. Continued use of the gkbet platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using gkbet and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
